Mended from many fragments.
A shallow basin cut in one piece with a shaft square in section tapering toward the top. Weather traces show that the shaft had been set down ca. 0.07m. in its (missing) base ... 28 June 1950
Inscribed altar.
Both sides and bottom preserved and part of top. It has the rolled edge preserved on the left side. On the right the top of the stone has been cut off. The face and sides show pick marks ... Second half of 4th. century B.C.
Two joining fragments.
a) Lower part of neck with spring of shoulder from a bearded creature with head turned to his right. Good work; surface of marble comparatively fresh. Note spring of background on ... August 1946, 5 July 1949
The features are entirely obliterated, and the surface, calcined, is preserved only in hollow between neck and face, and at top of head.
