Preserved the upper left quarter of the face, with wreath and headdress.
Double wreath of pointed leaves frames face, and above it is set a high headdress, apparently decorated with leaves at front.

Tiled well (diameter 0.78, water level -3.50m) at 65/Κ (64/Κ) with poros wellhead. Built as early as 2nd c. Post-Herulian filling.
