Beside west wall of room 12. ... The pyre was dug into an irregular strosis dating to the 3rd century, and covered by a "Hellenistic" fill. It lay ca. 0.15m below the level of a terazzo floor in this room, associated with phase 3, but no floor levels were preserved over the pyre.
