Flat bottom, reserved. Domed body with greatest diameter near bottom; slightly angular profile. Vertical ... Context of 300-250 ... Closely similar fabric and glaze: P 26006 (F 17:3, middle fill). A wheelmade imitation of latest stage of Corinthian blister-ware aryballoi, which is characterized by linear decoration (Corinth VII, iii, p. 147; cf. Broneer 1962, nos. 20, 21, pp. 24--25, pl. 12:f). |
