Inscribed architectural block. The block, as reused, lies on its side. Its thickness is concealed, but its height and width appear to be complete. The right hand edge is worn and chipped. Inscribed fragment. Broken all round. Dedication to emperor Geta. Remains of two lines of the inscription, with five letters, with traces of a third line above. Hymettian marble. ADDENDA Part of same ... 20 March 1933 ... Found in the wall of a modern cellar built into late Roman Fortification, at the northwest corner of the Library of Pantainos.
