Garment is mostly red, except at the cuff where there is a ... July 26 1994 ... The inside of the wrist is roughly broken away, marking the fragment's point of attachment to the original sculpture. It appears that the hand and wrist were made separately and that the garment remains enveloping the wrist acted in part to secure the piece to the body of the sculpture.
