Title:   Statuette of Draped Standing Female Figure
Category:   Sculpture
Description:   Left arm and front part of right foot missing.
Standing woman wearing a thin high-girt chiton, which is slipping off her right shoulder, and holding her cloak around her hips with her right hand. Her weight is on her right leg, the left knee advanced and the left foot resting on some object. The head and left arm were made separately; the arm doweled on, the head set in. Dowel holes in the back of the shoulders show that something was attached there.
The head (mended from two pieces) is extremely small in proportion to the body, and also much more carefully worked, sufficiently so to indicate a different hand.
Pentelic marble.
