| Description: | Standing figure, female but with large knot of hair, righting, wearing a himation and holding a staff in her outstretched right hand. In the field in front of her, part of a hanging scarf. Above, a wide reserved band decorated with large black dots, and bordered above and below with brown lines. Through the upper part of this border a neatly made round hold passes through the pot wall. The hole was carefully made before the pot was glazed. No relief contour; glaze uneven. Heavy fabric. On rf standing with vents, cf. J.D.Beazley, Der Pan Maler. No edge or rim is preserved at the top; broken surface only. | |
