Maenad (head, upper part of body) to right with a tympanon. She wears a chiton and has a fillet with spikes around her head. Behind her, the left hand of someone, probably Dionysos, holding a thyrsos. In front of her, part of another figure or the end of a thyrsos. White: flesh; spikes; dots behind head. Dilute glaze: drawing on white.
