Two non-joining fragments of slightly domed lid, glazed on underside. Glaze fired red on a, reddish brown on b. Start of knob area on a; start of rim on underside of b. Max. dim. a) 0.075, b) 0.056.
From the center out: zone of dots; Arimasps and griffins. Fragment b preserves part of the face and right shoulder of an Arimasp to left. Fragment a shows part of a griffin (wing, a bit of neck) to right. Dilute glaze: hair of Arimasp.
