Bulbous body on flaring ring foot; trefoil mouth restored. Rolled handle, flattened at attachments. Light red clay; remains of light buff surfacing.
The rolled handle might suggest that this is a remote de- scendant of the cooking-ware series; cf. 1645, 1646, Pl. 75; there also the backwards slope of the rim to the handle is marked.
